AN IDEA FOR LEFTOVERS!
I was stuck for something to cook - this is really easy and so good - line an oven proof dish with sliced leftover meat loaf and then parboiled some peeled potatoes, sliced them and three tomatoes - top with fresh thyme, salt and pepper, olive oil a little grated Parmesan and bread crumbs - pop in the oven 350 for about 30 minutes - delicious.
