I'm still at Susanne for lunch and I liked the elegant way she put together this cruet set - note the little horn bowls and spoons containing: sea salt - mixed seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, linseed, sesame to add that extra crunch to salad leaves and provide healthy proteins - dried pepper flakes instead of black pepper - the oil is always extra virgin oil - and the vinegar is always apple. The oil and vinegar set is a family heirloom - the silver tray is a prototype designed by her husband - famous designer and architect Matteo Thun.
