SEEN AT THE VENICE BIENNALE OF ARCHITECTURE # 4
ITALIAN PAVILION - MASSIMO SCOLARI
TURRIS BABEL AND LIGHTING
Not easy to miss these spectacular and gigantic cone-shaped wooden trunks which are the imaginary remains of the Tower of Babel (the house and foundation of heaven and earth), struck purportedly by a red lighting bolt placed on top of the Italian Pavilion. The trunks metallic large centering points remind me of airplane propellers.
