Venice: Bruno Bookstore – Book Launch - Desire and Discipline – Designing Fashion at Iuav – 2005-2015. Before the start of the BA and MA graduation fashion show of the Fashion/Design course at Universita Iuav di Venezia, the book launch, at Bruno bookstore, of the book Desire and Discipline – Designing Fashion at Iuav – 2005-2015, edited by Maria Luisa Frisa with Saul Marcadent and Gabriele Monti and published by Marsilio 2016. Bruno is a graphic design studio and bookstore dedicated to magazines, artists' publications and independent editions in collaboration with Motto.

Desire and Discipline – Designing Fashion at Iuav – 2005-2015

Desire and Disciplines tells the first ten years of the undergraduate degree in Fashion/Design of the Universita Iuav di Venezia. The course was created in 2005 in Treviso (an area that houses many fashion laboratories, among the most important in Italy), and is part of the dynamic and multidisciplinary versatility of the university. Its natural vocation is to serve as a meeting point for a generation of creatives and companies, looking for constant renewal. The book edited by Maria Luisa Frisa, director of the course, with Saul Marcadent and Gabriele Monti, however, does not want to be a celebration, but the narration of a way of working, of teaching and of interpreting fashion.
