Milan: Food –
Eataly. Finally a gigantic Eataly, food
hall culinary bookstore and restaurants has opened up in Milan in the Corso
Como area in the former Smeraldino Theater. The
name of Eataly is born from the fusion of two word: EAT and ITALY, Italy. Eataly is in fact Italian Food, but not only. The brand was born by bringing together a group of
small companies working in different culinary sectors; the best of artisanal
products at reasonable prices through the establishment of direct
relationships between the producers and the
distributors that are inspired by words like sustainability, responsibility and
sharing.
