NYC – Stick and Pop cakes. Move over cupcake it's Stick and Pops turn. Stick and Pops are golf-sized cakes on a stick. The original menu features eleven unique
flavors, but during the holiday seasons other fun flavor are added. Special flavors
for weddings, baby showers and events, as well as mini sized pops, perfect for
any occasion are also available. Or make
your own cake pop with a Stick and Pop dough kit.

made at the back of the Chelsea store, and can also be ordered online.
Above. One of the steps in the procedure of making Stick and Pops is the
rolling of the cooked dough, mixed with icing sugar, into a golf sized ball,
which is then dipped in chocolate and then covered with a topping such as,
sprinklers, nuts, sea salt, chocolate…
Stick and Pop. Each pops is topped with a scalloped-circle paper disc,
which can be customized and then individually wrapped in cellophane sheets and
tied with a pretty ribbon.
