New York - May 14th – Momofuko Noodle Bar. Lunch at Momofuku Noodle Bar. Owner chef David Chang is listed on Time Magazine’s 2010 list. Really loud music greets you as you walk in the door, the atmosphere is dark, the décor is simple wood and the food is delicious. This really piquant Chilled Spicy Noodles with Sichuan spiced sausage, spinach and cashews was so good: the flavors of the caramelized nuts with the spiciness of the sausage left your lips tingling all afternoon and completely satisfied and happy, a culinary experience.
