The Clock Tower
Restaurant. The first thing you
encounter, whether you come up in a private lift or walk up the sculptural
staircase from the hotel lobby is the billiard room. The whole restaurant is
extremely glamorous and feels like a private club with its mahogany wood
paneled walls and specially curated photographs framed in big chunky gold
frames.
The Clock Tower
Restaurant. The restaurant space has
three dinning rooms overlooking Madison Square Park, a bar and a billiard
room. The absence of tablecloths makes
the rooms less stuffy. It is open all day.

Like a “show-stopper” the fashion in New York restaurants
seems to be for sauces to be added to dishes directly at the table. Pesto is
added above.
