NYC OCTOBER - SATURDAY
From diamonds to downtown Chelsea. Another party - another scene - another theme. The party last night was held to celebrate the winners of the APA's - Advertising Photographers of America - First Annual National Photography Competition at the Drive in Studio in Chelsea. Two gigantic screens showed projected images of the 1,500 entries on the brick walls to loud music, wild dancing, drinking and partying. For me it was particularly interesting to see the standard of commercial photography submitted from all over the United States.
