Ron Galella - Paparazzo Superstar
At Palazzo Sarcinelli in Conegliano, Northwest of Venice, the exhibition Ron Galella, Paparazzo Superstar, until January 29 - curated by Alberto Damian and produced and organised by Sime Books and the City of Conegliano. Ron Galella was the most famous paparazzo in the history of photography and this exhibition brings together over 180 portraits of celebrities, actors, musicians and artists from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, selected from the more than 3 million shots that make up the immense archive of the photographer: the photographs, mostly in white and black, are accompanied by the story that tells how they were made, allowing you to discover the background of the iconic shots.

by Galella as "my obsession and my personal Mona Lisa" to whom the
famous image called "Windblown Jackie" was considered by Time Magazine as "one of the 100 most influential photographs of all Time."
