New York – Brooklyn: Studio visit to Stylist and New York Creative Jet Olivia

New York – Brooklyn: Studio visit to Stylist and New York Creative Jet Olivia. A visit to designer, wardrobe stylist and New York creative, Jet Olivia's Studio, which is situated in a massive factory building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  This fascinating building is filled with artist studios and you have to take an old-fashioned crate elevator up. Here one really feels the urge to stop by each door and take a peek.

“I am a huge fan of glamour, grammar, and manners.”
Ms. Jet Olivia

“My background is in fashion design at the legendary Parsons School.  Much of my work is now actually art direction, photography, styling or costume production.  The world is so much about Branding, now, and how we are perceived by peers, superiors, the Internet. It is more important than ever to reach our audience - with the right message - in a blip of time.  Whatever my medium, I find I am often translating and creating for that. Doesn’t everyone want to put their best selfie forward?  Hahaha.”

"Of course I will keep shooting and styling and consulting, but I’m also excited right now about a more economical way for people to get into the Jet Olivia Studio with a little boutique called Dark Sparkle. I am listing and curating props accessories and fantastic clothing from the many shoots I’ve been involved with over the years.  Its really fun to see how one piece can make a look POP, and after some gentle prodding, I finally went ahead and made it available to everyone.”
