NYC: L’Ecole restaurant.


NYC: L’Ecole restaurant.  As the name suggests, L’Ecole restaurant is where students of The French Culinary Institute impress guests with their cooking on a daily basis.
Above: Chef Alain Sailhac enjoys a hamburger, yes, a hamburger in the bar in the restaurant. He is one of the deans of the school together with other famous culinary personalities; Jacques Pépin, André Soltner, David Kinch, Emily Luchetti, and Jacques Torres.
