LIVE FROM NEW YORK - Susan Simon


New York - May 13th.  This is what The James Beard Foundation Award For Excellence look’s like.   It is the culinary world’s Oscar. I had lunch today with cook book author, Susan Simon who co-wrote the book Pasta Sfoglia with Ron and Colleen Suhanosky, which won the award in the single subject category.


A detail.  Quick lunch in the sun on Susan Simon’s terrace; pizza with collapsed cherry tomatoes, parsley, dill and Gruyere, was delicious.
