SEEN AT THE VENICE BIENNALE OF ARCHITECTURE # 7
CITIES OF WATER
The floating city is really the first floating pavilion of the Biennale - a sort of large 'ship' with an outdoor deck/bar is anchored in the Arsenale basin - it offers visitors a broad survey of the projects of 'water cities' in one of the most historically significant water cities of the world - Venice. About twenty cities from Bilbao to Buenos Aires, Lyons to Seul - present their respective reviews of the metamorphosis undergone by their respective urban waterfronts.
